DESCRIPTION
Looking for a female roommate to take over my lease starting April 1st in this awesome luxury building. The lease ends on 7/31. My room up for rent is the second largest priced at $1675 its 10x10 with enough room to fit a full size bed, desk, dresser and nightstand. (The furniture may be sold/ left if there is interest). The room is in an apartment that has one full bedroom and two flex bedrooms. The apartment is in a luxury building which includes a gym, pool, rooftop and laundry service so perfect for summer! The doormen are always helpful and make you feel safe. The building has a mix of young college grads as well as elderly couples. There is laundry on every floor and maintenance people to help if there are any issues.

The location is super central in Murray Hill. It's a five minute walk to Grand Central and a five minute walk to the midtown ferry. There is a grocery store located directly across the street as well as a Trader Joe's about 15 minutes down the block.

The roommates filling the other rooms on April 1st are 23/ 24, friendly, clean and young female professionals. The apartment will be fully furnished but if you have furniture you want to swap out that can work as well.

It's been a great apartment and location for us three girls this past year and we are excited to bring in people to fill our rooms who will get along and enjoy the apartment just as much as we did.
