We have a quaint, sunlit apartment available for sublet! (Mid April/May to August 31) You will be taking over the whole apartment complex as my roommate and I will be leaving. (We are looking to be with our families during these crazy times!) We will be taking the furniture, so it will come unfurnished.

You would need to be approved by management and provide the following:
- Rental Application ($20 - Non refundable)
- Photo ID
- Proof of Employment

If approved, you would need to provide:
- 1 Month's Rent + Security

Rent is $2400 + utilities

There will be an opportunity to renew when the lease is up.

Fun Facts and History of Bushwick

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants, especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer capital of the Northeast."
