DESCRIPTION
The apartment is on the first floor (no stairs!), will be furnished (including a window AC unit), and has a patio! Or can take furniture out if you prefer.
Located near EVERYTHING! On Mulberry Street between Prince and Spring. Two blocks Little Italy, 5 short blocks away from China Town, and walking distance to both the West Village and the Lower East Side. There is a brand new grocery store (Mulberry Market) that just opened up across the street that has anything you'll ever need and there is NEVER a line.
The apartment has a laundromat inside the building, but also, conveniently enough, if you're like me and don't want to do your own laundry- there's a place next door and another across the street that offers wash and fold services.
I have 7 months left on my lease and am looking for someone to take over my lease. If you take over the lease i will pay 1 of the 7 months rent. if just looking for a sublease we can negotiate on what you are willing to pay. can leave it furnished. can leave the internet.

The people moving to this neighborhood were young, upscale
professionals, which is why boutiques and eateries began to pop up
seeking to draw more of them in. For this reason, people in the
real estate game tried to pitch the neighborhood as part of SoHo.
