No fee apartment, newly renovated 1 year ago. Previous tenants moved to Switzerland. Quiet tree-lined block. Not much car traffic since 11th street ends on 4th avenue.

True two-bedroom. 1st floor, close to Union Sq. Hardwood floors, tall ceilings, beautiful very large marble floored bathroom w/ bathtub. (Furniture in pictures can be removed, but it's pretty new so the previous tenants left it.) Each room fits queen sized bed.

Laundry across the street, building manager on site. Nice communal building and we keep an eye out for each other and each other's packages. Pets / dogs / cats are ok. No fee since being rented directly by property manager.
