The apartment is roomy and comfortable with newly refinished hardwood floors, new finishes and fresh paint. Lots of storage space, including two closets with very high ceilings, extra storage over the bedroom closet, tons of cabinet space, and bathroom storage with shelving all around the W/D.

Bathroom includes an in-unit full washer and dryer, along with a full  tub and built-in, full-length mirror on the bathroom door, plus a mirrored medicine cabinet (seriously, so much storage).

The kitchen is great with real marble countertops, a gas stove, dishwasher, very deep sink with extendable faucet, and new refrigerator.

The living room is fabulous with an exposed brick wall. There's Spectrum internet, a video doorbell, and a live-in super on the 2nd floor (you are on the 3rd floor). Lots of outlets throughout the unit.

I signed the lease in January 2020 and the lease extends until June 2021. Since my SF-based company's NYC office will not be reopening for several months and my family and S/O are on the west coast, it unfortunately doesn't make sense for me to remain living in NYC. I'm so saddened to leave this apartment just as my NYC adventure was beginning, but I know whoever moves into this beautiful apartment next will absolutely adore it.

Rent is paid online and the super is incredibly responsive to any concern-he even helped me carry a 100 lb box up the stairs!
