This is the best location, seriously! Steps to NYU, SoHo, Washington Square Park, and lots of restaurants. It really doesn't get any better than this location, seriously. It's the best neighborhood in Manhattan! Perfect for NYU students as it is practically on campus. Short walk to every train imaginable: ACE, BDFM, 456, NRW, and 123 train.
