Our apartment is on the 18th floor of the 21 West End Luxury building. The apartment measures over 1000 sq ft, with plenty of natural light including floor to ceiling windows and walk in closet in the master, this is truly a great space. The master bedroom comes with floor to ceiling windows (blinds included) and walk in closet. The room fits a queen size bed and a large dresser with room to spare. The spacious bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and comes with all newly installed fixtures and tub with two shower heads. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, white marble counter tops, tile floors, and all new furnishings. The living room is expansive with a lot of natural light, light wood floors and high ceilings with an open layout to the kitchen which is great for entertaining. There are also two large storage closets (in addition to the master walk-in closet) in the hallway providing ample space for storage and clothing. The apartment also comes with a flex room that is large enough to be converted to a bedroom/office space, it would fit a full-size bed.

The building comes with many amenities including pool, game room, dog run, roof deck w/ grills, restaurant (room service included), sauna, gym, locker room & sauna.

The Area:
The apartment is located on Freedom place, one of the few dead end streets in NYC providing a quiet and calm neighborhood which includes a Morton Williams grocery across the street as well as many new restaurants, Harry's Table (Cipriani's version of Eataly), Empellon Taqueria, Peperino Pizza, as well as Starbucks and a number of other dining options. Directly across the street is a neighborhood park which adds a neighborly feel to the area. There is a Soul Cycle, Rock Climbing Gym, Crossfit gym within 2 minutes walk of the building.

Due to COVID we have decided to leave NYC for CA, the apartment was rented and furnished but has only been lived in for 2 weeks. We love this apartment so we are looking for the right person/ two people (ie. Respectful, responsive, clean, etc) to sublet until the end of the lease, April 31st. We currently listing the sublease at $4600/month OBO
