You will be taking over my room in a 3 bed, 2 bath that is available asap. The lease ends in June and you will have the option to renew. Bedroom can come furnished or not. Rent includes monthly cleaning and utilities + WiFi ~$60/month. The building has an elevator and its a quiet home with minimal street noise. I will leave my deposit in, so none for you.
