You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, ID etc. NOTE: You will only be responsible for your share of the rent.

2nd room $1150 (good for Queen size bed)
