Hi there! We are two females in our late 20s/30s seeking another female who is nice, responsible, clean, and has a professional job or is a graduate student. All three of us will be signing a year lease starting September 1, 2020. We will need to submit first month rent and security deposit. Utilities are anywhere from $20-$40 (on the higher end in summer).

The Available Room
We have a bedroom available in a three bedroom end-unit apartment at 200 Water Street. The available bedroom is off of the living room and has three huge windows with beautiful views of the Brooklyn Bridge and East River on one side and the Empire State on the other side. The room fits a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a table with a TV.

The Apartment
The apartment is very spacious and we keep it very clean. You will share a bathroom with me. The apartment is already decorated in the common areas and the bathroom. We already have furniture, dishes, and kitchen supplies, too. However, we all chip in for household items from time to time (toilet paper, soap, etc.). We are the north/east end unit on a high up floor, so our views are spectacular!

The Building & Area
200 Water Street is a luxury high-rise building. We have 24 hour doormen and repairmen services. There are washers and driers and an additional valet service on the first floor for dry cleaning and/or wash and fold services (super convenient). There is also a gym. Most importantly, there is an AMAZING rooftop! The roof has spectacular views of all parts of the city and is just gorgeous. It is such a great perk. The building is located across from the South Street Seaport and right down the road from all major subways. Prime location!
