BATTERY PARK CITY
Jetting out of the western part of lower Manhattan, Battery Park
City is a planned community that's relatively new to NYC. Full of
luxury apartments, classy cocktail bars, and a large shopping
complex, Battery Park City is the upscale waterfront living people
dream about.
Battery Park City is not an organic part of the island of
Manhattan. Instead it was used as a port where several major
accidents and sinkings had occurred. This left the area dilapidated
and largely abandoned.
By the early 1960's, New York was tired of these largely

RENTHOP DESCRIPTION
The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,825. This is a luxury doorman / elevator building. The building also boasts a fitness center to help residents stay in great shape. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
We have 6 photos of this particular unit, building, and surrounding areas.
