DESCRIPTION
Beautiful townhouse available now!

Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 2.5
Rooms 9
Approx. Sq. Ft.1,360

This is a newly renovated townhome situated on a serene, tree lined dead end block in Bushwick, a few feet from the border of Cypress Hills near Highland Park. The side of the street the house is on is full of small homes and the opposite side of the street is a field, meaning there are not a lot of cars and parking is very easy. It's a dead end only for cars, not pedestrians, who have a staircase available to continue through to the other side of the street.

This townhouse is a 5 minute walk from the A, C, J, L, Z trains and the LIRR at Broadway junction, a 5 minute walk from the J & Z at Alabama Avenue, and a 10 minute walk from the L train stop at Aberdeen. It also has immediate highway access to Jackie Robinson Parkway, with the entrance to the highway being a block away.

All floors are beautifully sunlit and have high ceilings. Enter in to an open and airy parlor floor and find an open concept living/dining area with bright exposures and lush hardwood floors. Beyond this cozy common area is a newly renovated eat-in kitchen, with sleek white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a BRAND NEW unused dishwasher, as well as an extended island with marble counter tops. To accompany this grand living, dining, and kitchen area is a spacious bedroom. The first and second floor levels are fully renovated, finished with sleek tiling, full heighted ceilings and recessed lighting throughout.

There is also a finished basement with a new washer and dryer.

Utilize the space as second bedroom area, or as an ideal area for home office, entertainment area, recreation or storage. With an open egress/ archway separating the parlor floor from stairs to the upper level, occupants of upstairs and downstairs bedrooms will have enough space and separation to maximize privacy from each other, with the exception of having to share a kitchen.

BUSHWICK

Surrounded by Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Ridgewood Queens, East New York and Brownsville, Bushwick is a trendy area beloved by artists and young professionals. With a hopping nightlife and some great restaurants, it's no wonder why people love this neighborhood.

Fun Facts and History of Bushwick

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants, especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer capital of the Northeast."

During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian population as well, though industry still dominated the neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
