I have a large room available in East Harlem ($1,300/mo) and I am looking for someone to sublet from Feb 1st - June 30th. The roommate who will remain in the unit is 27 y/o teacher in the Bronx. She enjoys cooking, and working out and likes to keep a quiet/chill home lifestyle.

the American Revolution, whereas East Harlem wasn't really
