over 37,000 people. It is located only about 20 miles north of
Miami and is situated right on the water. This location makes it
both a practical and beautiful place to live and rent. If you love
the beach and the lifestyle that comes along with living near the
ocean, but aren't a fan of the constant crowds and action of Miami,
Aventura might be the place for you!
As you could expect from its location and proximity to Miami,
Aventura can often be seen as Miami-Lite. Aventura features the
same gorgeous beaches, same attractive skyline and same "beachy"
vibe, but with much less people and tourism. This makes it a great
option for people who like the weather and vibe of Miami, but can't
stand the crazy amount of tourism and pedestrians.
