DESCRIPTION
Nicely renovated 3 bedroom apartment available now.  Located on the top floor of a private home, this apartment gets plenty of sunlight.

Two of the bedrooms are huge. They can easily fit queen sized beds and furniture, with good closet space. The third room is a full sized bedroom or office. Sunlight hits all three rooms nicely. This apartment is already equipped with a couple of air conditioners also. Not bad right?

Great kitchen with stainless steel appliances separate from the living room. You can actually enjoy the spacious living room.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood with available street parking. Yes you will actually find parking on the street.  Close to LGA, major Highways, and buses.

Heat + hot water included

If you're a great tenant you may not get a rent increase initially. Next year, and maybe even the year after. The landlords are really fair.

Astor did end up investing and the town of Astoria lasted around 30 years before being absorbed into Long Island City in 1870, and then into the Great New York City as a part of Queens in 1898. As the population grew and industry came to Queens…
