The unfurnished bedroom is 10' x 11' with a mirrored-door closet.  You have full access to all common area rooms and will share a bathroom with one other. We have a washer and dryer on property at no extra charge to you and even have an extra fridge/freezer for extra food and beverages!  There is a community pool. You have a dedicated parking spot in front of the garage.  You'll split/pay for utilities - they're not included in rent. We are respectful of each other's space and quiet time.  No drama, no drugs, no smoking.  We can do a mutual interview.  One cat and a caged gecko and lizard live with us.  Tours begin mid August.
