The rent is cheap considering the great location in Morningside Heights.
The apartment is steps away from the 1 train and minutes away from the A/C/D/B trains. There are bars, and restaurants just around the corner.
If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan than this could be a great fit for you. You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side.
