CHELSEA

Chelsea is a vibrant neighborhood from humble origins located on the west side of Manhattan between 14th and 34th street. With a ton of things to do, places to see, and some of the most luxurious apartments in the city, Chelsea is a neighborhood that's always looking for the next cool thing to add to the vibe of the area.

Fun Facts and History of Chelsea

Chelsea originally started out as farmland, specifically the farmland of British Major Thomas Clarke. Clarke named his estate "Chelsea" after a district in London and the name stuck ever since. RENTHOP DESCRIPTION
The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $7,195. One of the key perks is the building doorman. The manager specfically mentions dogs are allowed but strangely has not mentioned cats. It may be an oversight or the building may really not allow cats. We recommend inquiring about the specifics of the pet policy.. The kitchen conveniently includes a dishwasher.
