DESCRIPTION

I am moving out of my 180 Water Street Fidi studio on September 8 and the lease runs through October 31. The apartment can be re-signed with the leasing office, if desired.

I love the apartment and am only moving because I purchased an apartment that closes before my lease ends.

The studio has a great layout and I can leave the island set-up currently in the apartment. Great washer and dryer in the unit and a dishwasher. Apartment is on the 2nd floor, but it feels like the 3rd or 4th floor because lobby and mezzanine levels are below.

The studio gets great light because it faces an open street. Also there are three massive windows.

The building is relatively new and has incredible amenities - roof access with chairs and tables, roof gym, pool, indoor rooftop work space, bbqs, laundry service, door man, maintenance.

The location is really great, close to Fulton street subways, and right outside the Seaport.

Once the sublet ends on October 31, you can choose to move out or sign a lease with the building.

The apartment is not furnished (except I can leave the kitchen island).

The cost will be $2,530 for September (prorated), $3,300 for October, and a $1,000 security deposit (which will be returned). The initial amount to be paid is $6,830 ($1,000 will be returned). I will cover the other expenses of the apartment, such as the electricity and amenities fees.
