Hi,
Looking to have someone take over my lease for my 1 bed, 1.5 bath duplex in Clinton Hill with 2 private yards starting May 15, 2021. The unit is recently renovated and LARGE with interior square footage of 1,500 and a private two-level outdoor square footage of 1,000. The kitchen and bathrooms are brand new with a XL soaking tub, and the apartment has an in-unit washer, dryer and dishwasher. The Lease goes till July 2022. I absolutely love the unit, and would stay but sadly have to move due to personal reasons. Please reach out for more info, as I can move as soon as now.
Amazing lighting great for plants. Apartment building also has doorman, communal rooftop with grills, game room with pool table, music room, gym, and co-working space. Super safe and incredibly quiet (faces back of building). The building does have its own private parking lot for an additional fee, which is convenient.
I can also hire a cleaning person to clean the entire unit after my move out / prior to your move in - I also am impeccably clean! Photos depict how unit always looks.
