DESCRIPTION
My SO and I unfortunately have to relocate but we are looking for someone to take over our 1 bedroom in UES around 99th and 3rd. It's a fairly new building at only few years old that are mostly condos with some rentals so they do take care of the building and apartment. Pet friendly no breed restrictions for dogs which is great.
Has two ac/heating units one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We've barely had to use the heat this winter as the apartment is sealed pretty well so it doesn't really get cold. The ac works well in the summer.
It's a quick walk to the 6 and the q train as well as being around a 10-15 min walk to central park which has been a great with our puppy.
Water is covered, just have to pay for electricity and internet.
If you are interested please reach out and we can arrange some virtual/in-person showings and I can also show some pictures/video of the place as well.

culture and energy that is celebrated to this day.
In 1860, a residential settlement was developed on 110th St and
3rd Ave after residents were forced to move due to the construction
of Central Park. By the 1880s, row houses in East Harlem became
home to thousands of immigrants, mostly of German and Irish
descent. Soon after, Italians began moving into the neighborhood in
large numbers, and by the mid-1890s the neighborhood became known
as Italian Harlem.
In 1919, the Lexington Avenue Subway (now the 4, 5, 6, lines)
reached the neighborhood, which contributed to substantial
population growth. At the time, the area had one…
