I have loved this apartment but recently purchased a co-op and just closed so am looking to move in the next couple of months.

The apartment is a really well-proportioned and spacious one bedroom with a private balcony and great closet spaces, in a wonderful neighborhood in the UES. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby, east access to the Q, and the 4/5/6, and minutes from Central Park, the Met, and the East River!  I've included a photo of the floor plan on StreetEasy but it's not very clear-what's labeled as the bedroom is actually the living room and vice versa.

I'm planning on taking most of my furniture in the move, but happy to discuss and negotiate having you keep some of the furniture either for free or at a very low price!  

My lease ends at the end of November and looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease. The landlord cannot guarantee that they will renew but I think it is likely they will as a guaranteed tenant is always better than having to find a new one!
