DESCRIPTION
Need a subletter for December 1st -  January 31st. Apartment is in a brand new building called The Smile.

- 1 block from the 4/5/6 train.

- West facing windows

- Washer and dryer in unit

- Gas Stove

- For security, The apartment, elevators and front door are accessible through an app or an entry code. Key accessibility for the apartment can be given upon request.

- Parking is available in a garage for $350/month

- There is a common work space in the building that is included in the rent. Other amenities such as gym, spa, game room, rooftop and pool require an amenities membership.

- An online application process through the building's leasing office is required. There is a $20 application fee. Subletter must make 40x the rent. Guarantors must make 80x the monthly rent. If a guarantor is needed try this company https://www.theguarantors.com/. I was told by the leasing office that other tenants have used them.

- A security deposit of $3,3395 is required

- Gas is included in rent. You're required to take care of internet and electricity by setting up your own accounts.

- Renter's Insurance is required by the building. The building endorses Allstate but you can use whoever  you want.

- 1st months rent can be prorated if move in happens between Oct 1 and 31st.
