DESCRIPTION
This is a beautiful one bedroom apartment directly on the park in Brooklyn Heights. It has harbor views and is steps to Pier 6. The building is new and there have never been any other tenants. New appliances, large bathroom, W/D in-unit, Fios, oversized windows.
This is easily the best apartment I've ever had in NYC. It's perfectly located, beautiful light, stunning views, very quite. It has everything you could want.
What isn't so great about this place?
Since it is on the water, the wind can get very strong and in the winter you will sometimes walk out of the building and be hit with a gust of cold that will stiffen your spine. But it's not that bad!

Located on the water just below DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights is an
affluent neighborhood full of brownstones and beautiful views.
Though it's an upscale neighborhood, Brooklyn Heights welcomes
visitors who want to walk along the beautiful piers and prominades
of the neighborhood.
Brooklyn Heights started out as a port for ferries, supplying
materials and resources to the farms in the area. The neighborhood
was quickly fortified due to its strategic location, which is why
George Washington retreated here after his defeat during the Battle
of Long Island.
In 1814, the New York and Brooklyn Steamboat Company began to
run scheduled ferries between Brooklyn Heights and Manhattan,
encouraging further development. By the 1860's the area had a grid
system, as well as all the other amenities of other high profile
