DESCRIPTION
This is the one. I recommend you schedule a viewing ASAP. It's a quiet, spacious, recently renovated, three bedroom plus the Park Slope area is fantastic. The unit comes with large windows and hardwood floors throughout. Nice touches add to the apartment's likable feel including high ceilings. There's a dining room for additional living space. The apt has alot of sun to keep your spirits up even during a mid-winter day. You might never need it with the city's abundant take-out options, but the apartment's kitchen was recently renovated and includes hardwood flooring and a window that opens. The unit has a full-sized fridge, plenty of storage, a dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. The bedroom has a window that opens, hardwood flooring, and good storage. You should have space for a king sized bed in the well sized bedroom. The bathroom was recently renovated and has a standard shower, a standard tub, and good storage. The building is well maintained, rarely
available, leasing up fast, and loved by tenants, which means it's a great opportunity for you. There's lighted and clean hallways, a back yard, outdoor space, and security cameras. To schedule an immediate viewing and for any more questions, please text, call, or email me at your earliest convenience.

was drawn up. Farmers sold their land to the new city of Brooklyn
and row houses were soon built.
Park Slope was slow to develop since the area was hard to get to
in the 1800's. The neighborhood itself didn't see much construction
until the 1840's and 50's. However, Prospect Park was soon in
development in the 1860's and 70's, leading to an…
