DESCRIPTION
Have you ever dreamed of having a private, 600 square foot yard in Manhattan? Dream no longer! We're leaving our apartment on the UES and it's available for a lease takeover with an opportunity to resign (no broker fee and definitely room to negotiate). The yard was a saving grace during COVID and facilitated numerous private picnics, BBQs, and puppy hangs. I've never seen a place with so much private outdoor space-and the apartment is lovely and spacious with high ceilings! There is laundry and storage available in the building.

descent. Soon after, Italians began moving into the neighborhood in
large numbers, and by the mid-1890s the neighborhood became known
as Italian Harlem.
In 1919, the Lexington Avenue Subway (now the 4, 5, 6, lines)
reached the neighborhood, which contributed to substantial
population growth. At the time, the area had one…
