DESCRIPTION
NO FEE!!!
A quintessential SoHo loft with an absolutely unbeatable location, this huge 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom with an additional home office space spans 1,700 square feet. Soaring ceilings and massive south-facing windows provide an abundance of natural light throughout. A rare opportunity to rent a truly spacious and modern apartment in the heart of downtown New York.
The sprawling, open-plan living/dining room basks in southern light from the wall-to-wall windows overlooking an exclusive stretch of Spring Street, while ultra-modern, matte-finished, thick-grained hardwood floors run throughout. The semi-open kitchen features hardwood cabinetry and granite countertops, complimenting the sleek stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher and microwave. The master suite has a private, rear-facing terrace and an enormous walk-in closet, while the luxurious master bathroom offers a double vanity and glass-encased shower/tub. The home office, which can also be used as a second bedroom, also faces the rear of the building for optimal privacy.
With only 6 units occupying 8 floors in a classic pre-war building, this thoroughly modern pad is the perfect opportunity to live in prime SoHo, between Wooster Street and West Broadway. Access to each loft apartment is through key-lock elevator, ensuring complete privacy and security. Manhattan cultural touchstones like Le Poisson Rouge and Film Forum are nearby, along with the couture fashion ateliers and vintage boutiques that fill this nabe, not to mention the endless options for brunch, nightlife and the occasional Cronut. The C/E trains stop just 3 blocks away, while the N/R at Prince, the 6 at Spring Street, and the B/D/F/M at Broadway-Lafayette are all nearby.

feel like a New York icon.
During the era of Dutch colonialism, SoHo was the site of the
first free Black settlement in Manhattan. The land would remain
largely rural until the draining of the Collect Pond due to
pollution. Soon after, Broadway and Canal street were paved and
people began to come in droves.
During the early and mid 1800's SoHo began constructing cast
iron buildings in order to reduce the risk of fires, which had
become common in the city. The buildings allowed for large windows
and apartments. The wealthy elites of Manhattan called this place
home until the invention of Modern Steel, which allowed for the
development of skyscrapers. The rich, seeking modern luxuries,
