Apartment is a 1 bedroom on the border of SoHo and West Village. Kitchen and bathroom appliance in great condition (but note that kitchen has a mini-fridge). Great building + super is always available. Apartment is a walkup on 5th floor (note 5 flights of stairs).
The sub-lease will be until August 1, at which point you can extend.
FURNITURE: apartment can come with or without furniture (up to you if you'd like to purchase anything for a very reduced price).
Note: the AC is a $500 window AC that is already installed and can stay if you'd like (as well as the window blinds)

During the early and mid 1800's SoHo began constructing cast iron buildings in order to reduce the risk of fires, which had become common in the city.
