DESCRIPTION
Very comfortable and cozy room available for three months, January-March 2022. Wonderful location (1 train station on the corner) with 24 hour doormen and laundry within the building. The apartment has been newly renovated this year with a new kitchen, recessed lighting, and new flooring.

You will be sharing the bathroom and living quarters with my roommate who works from home, but is very quiet and also travels for work quite frequently.

I am looking for a single person to sublet my room while I am out of the country for 3 months.

I would require a deposit of $1750, which will be returned to you when I come back, but monthly rent of $1750/month can be Venmo'd to my roommate directly. The $1750 includes all utilities and internet.

With industrialization came working class immigrants, who worked the piers and helped build the row houses and low rise apartment complexes that are still around to this day. Thanks to its surplus of industries and piers, Chelsea soon became a slightly wealthy neighborhood. It was even the sight of the new theater district beforeā€¦
