DESCRIPTION
Renovated, modern, cozy bedroom in a 3 BR apartment in Bushwick. Nicely-sized and able to fit: a full/queen-sized bell, desk, dresser, TV stand, huge closet with tons of storage space and shelving inside. AC/Heat unit built-into wall helps with hot summers and chilly winters. Gets great sunlight with 2 windows!
New/modern, kitchen appliances, beautiful bathroom with a rainfall shower (+ an option for cool mood lighting), and a nicely sized living room with a recently purchased couch. Laundry room on the basement level and shared roof-top use with great skyline views. I am looking to also sell a new dresser, desk (or vanity), and cube storage shelf.
Conveniently located off the Halsey L & Myrtle-Ave Wyckoff L/M lines for a quick commute into Manhattan, and tons of cool restaurants & bars nearby.
The apartment is shared with 2 female roommates who are both students/young professional, & we'd love to have another student or working lady join the apartment. Pet-friendly building, but would need prior permission from roommates.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and
various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants,
especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants
opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer
capital of the Northeast."
During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian
population as well, though industry still dominated the
neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
