Housing Offered // West Chelsea/Meat Packing District // Dec 15 – Feb 15

My duplex apartment located in West Chelsea/Meat Packing District meet is available Dec 15 – Feb 15. This is my personal apartment, so only respectful, quiet and caring people who are looking for a cool place to stay.

The apartment is fully furnished (Article, CB2, West Elm, etc.) and is a gem of a place. 1 bedroom duplex, 2 full baths (with shower/bathtubs), top floor, elevator building, small quiet building with no bs, private balcony, big windows and skylight. Only 2 blocks from Chelsea Market and 4 blocks from Soho House. Its wonderful, and only want the right person in there while I'm traveling because my personal things are in it.

My broker friends have told me it should rent for $5000++ but I got a good deal on it and do not need to charge that much.

Serious inquiries only, email me for details!

With industrialization came working class immigrants, who worked the piers and helped build the row houses and low rise apartment complexes that are still around to this day. Thanks to its surplus of industries and piers, Chelsea soon became a slightly wealthy neighborhood. It was even the sight of the new theater district before…
