Great location in Inwood steps to the 1 train and a short walk to the A train as well!!
To move in you will need

You will be on a 12 MONTH lease WITH your roommates and you will need to be approved like you would any apartment lease, be ready to provide a tax return, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, ID etc.

The rent is cheap and the apartment is gorgeous!! Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Inwood. If you need the stability of a 12 month lease and need affordable rent in a great area in Manhattan than this could be a great fit for you. You are in one of the most historic parts of Manhattan and a short walking commute to a ton of great restaurants and bars in your area plus an easy subway commute to Midtown/Upper West Side. If this is close to what you're looking for but not exactly right I have some other similar situations so please don't hesitate to reach out and set up a time to view.
