Renter will pay for all utilities (only water will be included in rent). Small pet allowed. Good air conditioners built in to the wall in the two larger bedrooms and the living room.

I lived there for over 2 years with my son, however my son found his own place and I don't need the apartment anymore. No washer/dryer or dishwasher. Good street parking, 24 hour laundromat with parking lot 5 min away. 10 min walk to Prospect Park. Key Food Supermarket nearby with parking lot.

The apartment is a unit offered at a monthly price of $2,600. Both cats and dogs are allowed, but as always, double check with the manager about any specific pet concerns you may have. This is a No Fee apartment, meaning the manager or agent should not ask you for a broker fee (there may still be deposits and other move-in fees paid to the landlord).
