DESCRIPTION
Looking for a roommate in a large 2BR in Bushwick. Box layout, great light, hardwood floors, separate living room and kitchen.
Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. Living room is furnished, bedroom will be unfurnished. Can easily fit a queen size bed, desk, dresser, etc., and has a large closet. The window opens to a fire escape that you can use as your own private balcony.
2 minute walk to the M (Central Av), 8 minutes in either direction to the L (Dekalb Av) or J/M/Z (Myrtle Av). B38 (Dekalb) and B54 (Myrtle) are close by.
Lots of restaurants/bars/shops nearby, just a 5-minute walk to Maria Hernandez Park.
Please be mature, responsible, easy-going. I work weekdays, hoping for someone who can also keep things fairly laid back. No couples or brokers, please.
I also have a cat -- she's very friendly, not looking to add another pet though.
Available June 1.
Thanks!
