This is the master bedroom in a 2nd floor 4bedroom apartment in the heart of Clinton Hill, with a giant closet (seriously this closet is huge) brand new locking doorknob, beautiful big windows and great natural light. All the walls are finished and painted. Living room is now fully furnished with a microwave, shelves, table, couch and some lovely plants! Central AC, one 1/2 bath and one full bath, laundry in building, bike storage and rooftop access! The apartment has lovely exposed brick and brand new appliances. I have a video I can send of the room walking through if you are interested.
Right off the Franklin Ave C and close to Classon Ave G. Steps away from awesome bars/restaurants, close to Pratt, KeyFood, CitiBike, Clementine Bakery and liquor stores. LGBTQ and 420 friendly, pets allowed.
Looking for someone to take over the lease with the option to renew in July next year. Offering the first month of November for free!! The roommates are all really lovely women who are very clean and generally keep to themselves, there is one cat that stays in her room a majority of the day. Everyone has been super diligent about staying safe and clean.

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT
Commonly known as "Bed-Stuy", this densely populated
neighborhood in Brooklyn is a busy residential and commercial area.
Surrounded by Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, Bushwick and
Willaimsburg, the neighborhood has an easy commute to Manhattan and
typically offers lower rent than its neighbors, making this a
popular place for young professionals and students. Those looking
to rent in this neighborhood can expect to find their home on
beautifully tree-lined, brownstone filled streets.
Bedford-Stuyvesant is actually made up of several
micro-neighborhoods. One of them, Stuyvesant Heights, takes its
name from the last Governor of the Dutch colony of New Amsterdam,
Peter Stuyvesant. The other half of the name, Bedford, comes from
one of the first major colonies in New Amsterdam. While Bedford was
a major settlement, Stuyvesant Heights was largely farmland, and
that was the relationship between the two settlements until after
the Revolutionary…
