DESCRIPTION
Room in 2 bedroom apartment.

Hi!
My name is Paul and am in my early 30s. I'm very sociable and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. I'm looking for a male roommate to renew this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom corner apartment with a 1-year lease (flexible) starting on or before March 1, 2021 (flexible move-in in Feb / March).

Also, I'm not an agent. This is a rental building and I'm a current tenant looking to find a roommate because my current roommate is moving out. I post on RentHop to increase the exposure for my apartment.
The rent listed is for 1 of the 2 bedrooms in this apartment. The full rent of this apartment is $6,250.
This is the building's website: https://brodsky.com/rentals/lincoln-square/south-park-tower
Unit 14D has the exact same layout but is about 30 floors lower. It's currently marketed at $6,500.

The apartment address is 124 W 60th St and we're on the 40s floor. It's 5 minutes from the Columbus Circle Subway Station and Whole Foods. In addition, the view and the amenities are amazing.
Also, I have an extensive home gym set up to share. Because of this, I don't need to join a commercial gym and saved on membership fees.

The view:
The apartment is a corner apartment facing East where you can see Central Park and facing South where you can see Hudson Yard, Freedom Tower, and New Jersey. We have a large balcony where you can drink a morning coffee and watch the sunset over the Hudson. The building also has a rooftop where you can see half of Manhattan.

The amenities:
We have a gym with a SAUNA, as well as a swimming pool, and ample free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, Peloton and other bikes, etc.

If you're interested, please send me a few sentences about yourself. I'm happy to do a 15 minute Zoom call any time of the day. And if there's continued interest, you can come by in the evening to check out the apartment and building again.

Thank you!

UPPER WEST SIDE

The Upper West Side, bordered by Central Park and Riverside Park, is dotted with residential structures that seem like they sprang straight out of a movie or television show. Indeed, the neighborhood has often been depicted in films and TV shows, notably Seinfeld, You've Got Mail, American Psycho, Ghostbusters, Hannah and her Sisters, among many others. All of this makes the Upper West Side an ideal location for a stroll through pop culture history-and history in general.

As you walk around, you'll notice beautiful row residences and some of the loveliest pre-war structures on the tree-lined and flower-filled streets on the Upper West Side. Despite the fact that it might be an expensive location to live in, the Upper West Side provides everything you need within walking distance.

Boundaries of Upper West Side

The Upper West Side is located between 59th and 110th Street between Central Park (to the East) and the Hudson River (to the West). It is next to the neighborhoods of…
