This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in the Denizen X building located at 123 Melrose Street. The apartment is new, it was just constructed when I originally moved in December (I had to wait a couple days so they could finish it new).
It has all the amenities you can think of and more (it even has a boxing ring and bowling alley). It also has a 24/7 front desk and a package room.
The apartment itself has air conditioning, wood floors in the living room/bedroom, and tile in the bathroom.

I lived in the apartment for 3 months and then when Covid happened I started living with family. If you want this apartment you can either take over the rest of the lease until December or you can sign another full year.
I can also give you some of the furniture I have for free, specifically the couch, mattress, bed frame, TV stand, and two large rugs (around 10*11 each) for the living room and bedroom (can be seen in the pictures).
I asked building management and they are able to provide a free month of rent. This means that while technically overall rent will be 3275, you will pay 2456-ish till December when the lease ends. This is not a sublet, rather you would take over the lease. You can take it over until the lease ends in December or you can sign a brand new lease with the building. This building has an underground parking garage you can get for an fee.
For the folks interested, the apartment has Verizon Gigabit internet available.
