DESCRIPTION
Hi! My fiance and I are looking to move out July 1 or mid July out of our 2 BR (or 1B, 1 office) apartment located in East Williamsburg/Bushwick. We are looking for someone to either sublet/finish out the rest of the lease (until 8/31) with the possibility of signing on to a new lease after that.

There are so many perks to living here such as a 24hour doorman, delivery room, and access to a rooftop with grills and GORGEOUS NYC skyline views.

An amenity membership ($75 per tenant) includes:
- pool
- outdoor jacuzzis
- Fully equipped gym with a rock climbing wall
- Spin studio
- Bowling alley
- Movie theatre, and so much more!
It's been an absolute blast hosting events in the amenity spaces.

A video of the apartment is available upon request. It's a 2BR corner unit that gets plenty of sunshine. Included in the unit is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher, AND central air. Pets are allowed and so we have had a dog in the unit, but will be sure to clean the apartment fully once a move-in date has been arranged.

The apartment complex itself is just a short minute walk to the J/M trains at Myrtle Ave/Broadway, and a 10 minute walk to the L train at Morgan Ave.

The rent for the unit is $3200. But if you choose to sign up with an amenity membership the cost is $75 per tenant which will bring you to a total of $3350 per month. While I think the amenities are amazing and worth the $75, it is not required!

If you're interested in potentially signing a new lease on Sept 1., we will put you in contact with the management. In the case that you're only interested in subletting the apartment for the month of July and August, we can work with you to figure out a move-in date and payment.

My fiance and I are both native New Yorkers working as healthcare professionals in Brooklyn and Manhattan. We absolutely love this neighborhood and the apartment complex, but are looking for a new start as we get married this Fall!

BUSHWICK

Surrounded by Williamsburg, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Ridgewood Queens, East New York and Brownsville, Bushwick is a trendy area beloved by artists and young professionals. With a hopping nightlife and some great restaurants, it's no wonder why people love this neighborhood.

Fun Facts and History of Bushwick

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants, especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer capital of the Northeast."

During the late 1800's, Bushwick garnered more of an Italian population as well, though industry still dominated the neighborhood until after WWII, when many of the factories…
