Apartment: 3 bed / 2 full bath. You'd share a full bath with one other. Renovated kitchen with full size appliances including dishwasher. Your bedroom is a queen / full size bedroom. One large window. Closet space. Massive corner space living room.

COUPLES OKAY - $1200 for the month of couples.

Who we are: Both male and female from 23 – 28. Normal hour careers. Very easy going. We keep the place presentable. Enjoy wine, beer, Netflix, staying in but also going out on the weekend. Never bring the party home but few friends over is no problem.

Fun Facts and History of Bushwick

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants, especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer capital of the Northeast."
