DESCRIPTION
An amazing studio/1 bath apartment features a large terrace overlooking the building's private landscaped courtyard and beautiful mural. This home also features a modern open kitchen, spacious living area, in-home W/D, ample closet space, and southern exposure.

Hell's Kitchen has become an increasingly upscale neighborhood of affluent young professionals as well as residents from the "old days". The neighborhood does not have many parks or recreational areas, though smaller plots have been converted into green spaces. Not too far from Central Park, Hudson Yards, The Empire State Building, Grand Central, Times Square and Madison Square Garden.
