There are oak floors throughout. Both bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a king-sized bed.
Close to everything. 15mn by bus to Columbia University or City College, and many other universities.
Rent includes heat, hot water, fast wi-fi. The Coned bill (gas and electric) is additional, about $70 per month.

Lots of restaurants, Red Rooster, ChaiWali, Harlem Shake, etc. Lots of jazz clubs, The Shrine, Ginny's, The Apollo Theatre, The National Jazz Museum, and great shopping. Near public transportation, the 2 or 3 train is 5 minutes from the house. The 4, 5, 6, and A, B, C, D are 10 minutes away.
