Hi everyone,

I'm subletting room in my 3br with 2 full baths apartment. It's very chilled and nice. We all respect each other privacy. It's me and my roommate. We are clean and busy with work and life. So prefer to live with similar mind person :)
I prefer for at least 4 months stay and longer..

Its' close to J/Z trains, there's lots of stores, pharmacy is very close by (open 24 hours), gym is just couple of blocks away, on the first floor of the building is an awesome Cafe (The Platform) it's open really early and closes really late.

Fun Facts and History of Bushwick

Some of the roads traversed by hipsters and artists on their bikes today are trails cut by Native Americans. Taken over by the Dutch, the land became food and tobacco farms, and then transitioned into an industrial hotspot in the 1800's.

The factories of Bushwick primarily produced sugar, oil, and various chemicals. These factories brought many immigrants, especially German ones, to the neighborhood. These immigrants opened many breweries and Bushwick was soon named as the "beer capital of the Northeast."
