DESCRIPTION
Reduced fee apartments are more and more rare in New York's competitive market, but here's a good chance.
You need to see this spacious, top-floor, just renovated 2 bedroom before it's gone.
The apt has large windows and hardwood floors throughout. High ceilings contribute to the apartment's unique charm.
The apartment is filled with tons of sunshine to brighten up the space. In addition to the above, the unit comes with an in-unit thermostat. The rental has in-unit laundry and dishwasher.
For your home-cooked meals, the eat-in kitchen was recently renovated and has an open layout, hardwood floors, new countertops, and a window with a view. You'll find a full-sized fridge, a gas oven, and a gas range.
The bedroom has hardwood flooring, good storage, and a window that opens. You should be able to fit a king in the bedroom, but Remember to bring a tape measure during the showing.
The brand new bathroom includes a medicine cabinet, a standard shower, and a standard tub. There's also a window that opens in the bathroom.

BOROUGH PARK
A diverse and slightly upscale neighborhood, Borough Park is a
residential area in Brooklyn that hosts many events. Directly under
the Green-Wood cemetery, this diverse neighborhood is popular yet
peaceful.
Borough Park had a later history than most of Brooklyn.
Originally developed in 1887, the neighborhood was used for
cottages and summer homes for the people of Manhattan and
Brooklyn.
Starting in the early 1900's, the Jewish population of Borough
Park exploded. Many of the religious institutions and cultural
centers they built back then still stand today. During and after
WWII, Jewish refugees came to the neighborhood with the promise of
community and safety.
By the early 2000's, Borough Park was christened the "baby boom
capital" of New York due to the high birth rates here. Since then,
business in the area exploded, making Borough Park a highly sought
after neighborhood for lavish celebrations.
