DESCRIPTION
Hi all,
We have to leave our apartment due to Covid-19. We love this place but we're moving because we found jobs out of state. Sublease needed ASAP! Move in date is flexible but it needs to be by October 1st! You would be eligible to renew the lease in July. Water is included. Need to set up gas and electric.
This place is great for couples! We converted one room into an office space. Also Pet-friendly (Cats and Dogs). It's on the second floor (one short flight of stairs, really easy to move furniture in).
This is a great apartment unit that's steps away from trendy/hip Franklin Ave.(Transit: Minutes to 2,3,4,5, A, C Trains) The unit has many great features such as high ceilings, evenly split bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and amazing lighting that filters through the windows. Each room in the apartment has A/C splits, which we found really convenient. This apartment invites you in with the warm real hardwood flooring throughout, detailed light fixtures, and apartment accents. We also loved that this building has a washer/dryer units that are on every other floor. This unit in particular has a washer/dryer right outside the front door in our hallway!

Off the east side of Prospect Park in Central Brooklyn lies the
diverse and lively neighborhood of Crown Heights. Mostly
residential, this neighborhood also boasts a vibrant nightlife and
restaurant scene that makes the area popular with young adults.
Crown Heights began its life a bit later than most Brooklyn
neighborhoods, becoming a residential area only after the
revolutionary war. However, once it got going in the early 1800's,
it quickly became a haven for secondary homes of the wealthy King's
County elite. This popularity only increased when train lines were
extended to the area in the late 1800's.
While many of those older Victorian homes are still around,
brownstone row houses were built in the early 1900's to thrust the
area into the modern day. Around the 1950's Crown Heights began to
see an influx of diversity with large populations of black and
immigrant communities moving into the neighborhood.
The 1970's were a turbulent timeā¦
