DESCRIPTION
This studio with very high ceilings will be available starting March. 1. This is a lease reassignment. Current lease expires June 30. Renewal if desired.

Pretty much one of the best locations in Manhattan, you would be near numerous subway lines, across the street from SoHo, a few blocks from the heart of The West Village, with just about all you need, from CVS, groceries and numerous restaurants on the block.

It has a large bathroom and very large backyard (mostly concrete with a tree and ivy) that is shared with just one other tenant. This is also on the first floor, so save the hassle of moving furniture or walking up and down multiple flights of stairs.

Most of the current furniture is removed, but the fold-out couch and brown dresser can stay if desired. I can also leave the backyard furniture (great spot for summer parties). There is also a good amount of storage space for this size apartment.

Just contact me to come see it. I can then also provide information on the "lease assignment."

Move-in for March 1.

The establishments here are popular with every New Yorker and visitor, meaning there's always something to do in this trendy neighborhood.

After New Netherlands was conquered by the British in 1664, they left Greenwich as its own hamlet, separate from New York City.

The name "Greenwich" first appears in NYC city records in 1713, meaning it was likely incorporated into the rest of the city around that time. After the American Revolution, Greenwich was the site of multiple city facilities such as…
