Description
Listing description:
I am relocating from NY to LA for work. My apartment is avail for a lease takeover starting 10/1.

This spacious, bright alcove studio in a doorman building is literally steps away from The Whitney, the Hudson running path, a citibike station and so much more incredible food & nightlife. 10 min walk from the ACE/L & 1/2/3 train. The building is very well maintained by Rockrose Management company.

There is a large kitchen, full refrigerator/dishwasher, plenty of closet space, and a feeling of separateness from the living room & sleeping area.

THE SPACE

I've lived in the neighborhood for 3 years and absolutely love it. I've been in this apartment/building for 6 months and am so sad to be leaving it prematurely! I'm moving for work to LA and the leasing company is completely on board with finding a new tenant to take over the lease from 10/1 through 3/31/20 or starting a new 12-month lease on 10/1 - up to you.

I leased the large L shaped sofa, Queen sized bed frame and round dining table from Feather. There's an option to takeover the lease for that as well. I'm also open to selling everything else like lamps, TV + sound bar, dresser, mirror and bar cart. Let me know if you'd be interested in that. This apt could be fully furnished if you'd like!

You have access to the entire building, including finished rooftop, laundry & gym (w/ 2 peloton bikes!) in the basement.

The Property / Area (West Village)

The West Village is known for its bohemian chic flares and is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the city. Due it its quiet tree-lined streets and the trendy and stylish vibes, it is the perfect hideaway for many artists and celebrities. The West Village is a neighborhood of free spirited luxury. You'll find 19th century townhomes as well as cul-de-sacs and more recently some condominiums, though even these newer developments are small compared to the standard ones across the rest of the city. Off the grid system, the winding streets of the West Village are exciting, if not complicated, to explore. You'll get lost, but that's okay, because the streets are charming and lovely.

Atmosphere

The architecture of the West Village sets it apart from any other neighborhood. There aren't skyscrapers and the most desirable homes are brownstones and townhouses which sit next to the famous Washington Square Park. The arts community of the West Village is an integral part of the…
