My roommate and I are sad to leave this place, but we've decided to leave our perfect lil West Village apartment on June 30th.

It's 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, extremely central. Within 5 min walk of West 4th St subway, Christopher St 1 train, with tons of grocers and laundromats around. Also a 5 min walk to Washington Sq park!

it's a really fun area, tons of great bars and restaurants around, not to mention the famous Comedy Cellar is around the corner. Our building is walk-up brownstone and we're on the third floor so two flights to walk up. It's a very quiet street and we're right on top of a adorable local wine shop.

We really need someone for July 1. The smaller room is $1390 and the bigger room is $1555 (The bigger room has a TV pictured, you're welcome to keep it for free!)
