My girlfriend and I are looking for someone to take over our lease at "The Loom" in Bushwick. The lease term is until October 2021, where you can opt to resign a full year or not. Shorter term sublets will be considered, please reach out and let me know!
It is a studio loft apartment with a queen / king size sleeping alcove (or walk-in closet/office/whatever you need it to be), it gets Eastern exposure and is very bright with natural light throughout the day!
The unit is about 850 sq ft, newly renovated bathroom, updated appliances, high ceilings etc.
There is laundry, a freight elevator, an awesome super, a shared outdoor space and a number of businesses (including a Yoga studio and a cafe) in the building!
