A 2 bed 2 bath apartment available for lease take over. My family and I are moving outside of the city due to our son's medical condition. We absolutely love our apartment and building, but thought it was time to leave. We are ideally looking for someone to take over our lease until it is up in September (then resign for however long you choose). We would be willing to sublet as well (furnished or unfurnished) until then.
950 square feet and 4,910.00 a month. Each room is individually heated or cooled. Spacious living room with large windows and amazing natural light. Master bedroom has a bathroom with a stand up shower. Main bathroom has a tub. Large spacious rooms with lots of closet space. Kitchen is on the smaller side as it has its own little "nook," but is equipped with all new appliances and tons of cabinet space.
Apartment is on the 10th floor. Trader Joe's, D'Agostinos, and Whole Foods are in walking distance. You also have the C,B,1,2,3 trains within walking distance as well. There are a ton of restaurants, a Sephora, TJ Max, Home goods, and Michael's. Central park is one block away. A very safe neighborhood with lots of activities for kids and adults.
