Looking to sublet our 1.5 bed/1 bath apartment in Greenpoint (nassau ave area) to the right tenants for a one year sublease.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a 4 story beautifully restored Co-op building. There are 2 bedrooms - one is large with a brick non-active fireplace - the other is very small with 1 small window. The large bedroom has a queen bed and credenza, the other has a small dresser. Custom built island and Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer in-unit basement. Custom closets/storage.

Sizable living room with built in shelving, couch and TV projector. Small, but efficient bathroom with a tub!

Our building has 8 units and everyone shares the grassy back yard.

We are looking for responsible roommates or a couple who will enjoy and treat our home well. Sorry, no pets.
